Welcoming and checking in guests
Providing personalised guest service throughout their stay
Serving meals, drinks, and refreshments
Overseeing housekeeping standards and room readiness
Assisting with basic food & beverage preparation
Managing guest requests and concierge-style services
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of common areas
Requirements:
Experience in boutique lodges or luxury guesthouses
Previous experience in a guesthouse, lodge, hotel, or private household
Strong hospitality and service mindset
Excellent communication in English
High attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to multitask and work independently
Friendly, calm, and discreet personality
Driver’s license (advantageous)
