About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Financial Advisor to join our team, providing specialist advice on short-term insurance products to clients in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of the short-term insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Source sufficient lead generating opportunities to ensure a healthy income-generating pipeline
- Maintain and update Lead Generation Matrix on a weekly basis
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis with all prospective clients
- Perform in line with business expectations on agreed key performance areas
- Stay up-to-date and fully informed on product comparisons with opposition products
- Be proficient in short-term Insure products and stay abreast of product changes and enhancements
- Maintain compliance with regulations and standards of Insurance regulations and professional guidelines and ethics
- Develop appropriate skills and knowledge to provide specialist, professional advice

Qualifications
Matric/Grade 12 is required. FAIS Credits (min 30 credits in short term insurance if date of first appointment is before 2010); or if date of first appointment is on or after 01/01/2010, a fully recognized qualification as per the FSCA qualification list is beneficial.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R15,000/month
Retainer Allowances up to R60,000/annum
Uncapped Commission
Traveling Allowances up to R5000/month
Cellphone Allowances / Month
Technology Provisions (Laptop and Cellphone)
Performance incentives and Bonuses / month
Benefits (Medical Aid / Pension Fund & Death and disability cover)
