Automotive Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to lead a small team and support the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise solutions for a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, aerospace, and supply chain.

You will be at the forefront of building scalable, secure enterprise solutions, using leading platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Epicor Kinetic.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage a team of developers.
Provide input and guidance in solution architecture.
Develop scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Agile, SCRUM, and Azure DevOps.
Build and maintain APIs and system integrations for ERP platforms.
Develop high-quality C# and Microsoft SQL applications aligned with business needs.
Participate in ERP implementation cycles.
Collaborate with solution consultants and project managers across various industries.
Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and ensure best practices.
Continuously seek opportunities to optimize performance and introduce automation.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of development experience in enterprise or complex system environments.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- C# / .NET
- Microsoft SQL
- API integration (REST/SOAP)
- XML
- SSL / secure communications
Experience leading or mentoring developers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Information Technology or similar.
Microsoft certifications are advantageous.

Advantageous Experience:

Microsoft Azure (Functions, Service Bus, App Services, DevOps).
Epicor ERP (Kinetic/10), Microsoft Dynamics 365.
X++, Java, Python, PHP, AL.
Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain systems.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Effective collaboration across teams and with clients.
