About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly experienced Professional Engineer to serve as the Head of Department in Midrand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team, overseeing project deliverables, and driving business growth and development. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and project success.

- Drive business growth and development by identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and participating in business development activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a track record of effectively leading teams and projects.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and teams concurrently while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
