About the Role

Our client, a respected player in the corrugated packaging manufacturing industry, is seeking an HR Technical Trainer to support operational excellence through structured learning and development initiatives. As an HR Trainer, you will partner closely with operations and HR leadership to design and implement training interventions that enhance workforce capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an annual training calendar aligned with operational requirements
  • Benchmark and assess staff training needs across the production environment
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external training providers
  • Facilitate and administer technical and operational training sessions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of training programmes
  • Maintain and update the training matrix and training records

Requirements

  • Education: Matric (Grade 12)
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
  • Experience: 2-5 years experience in process operator or technical training
  • Previous experience as a Corrugating Supervisor, Process Operator, or Artisan
  • Qualification in Corrugated Machine Minding
