About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail branch in George, with a strong focus on customer service, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring seamless customer experience and sales performance
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Lead and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights for informed decision-making
- Collaborate with regional teams to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years experience as a Branch Manager within the Retail Industry
- Grade 12 Qualification essential
- Diploma | Degree in Business Management or relevant is required
