About the Role
Akhile Management and Consulting is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project and Risk Administrator to support project management activities and assist with risk management processes across multiple projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project administration, monitoring project risks, and ensuring compliance with organisational and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting systems.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of project risk management processes.
- Maintain and update risk registers and track mitigation actions.
- Assist with preparation of project reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external project meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Support compliance with governance, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for project performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in project administration, risk management, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of project management principles and risk management practices.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
