About the Role

Akhile Management and Consulting is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project and Risk Administrator to support project management activities and assist with risk management processes across multiple projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project administration, monitoring project risks, and ensuring compliance with organisational and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting systems.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of project risk management processes.
  • Maintain and update risk registers and track mitigation actions.
  • Assist with preparation of project reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate internal and external project meetings and stakeholder engagements.
  • Support compliance with governance, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for project performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in project administration, risk management, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and risk management practices.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
