Job Description

You will work with cross-functional teams to map, analyse, and re-engineer processes, implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to monitor operational performance. Analyse processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Conduct process mapping, re-engineering, and root cause analysis to solve complex operational challenges. Optimise inventory management processes and workflows. Collaborate with SAP MM module users to integrate data and improve material management efficiency. Drive the implementation of standardised procedures and continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Education & Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering ( BEng ) degree is required. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is advantageous. Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement . Hands-on experience in process mapping, process re-engineering, and root cause analysis . Practical exposure to Lean methodologies and Six Sigma tools . Experience with Power BI dashboard development and data visualisation. Exposure to inventory optimisation and the SAP Material Management (MM) module .
