About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our guild, you will be responsible for crafting innovative solutions using Python, Django, Flask, and FastAPI. If you have a passion for magic and a knack for debugging, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complex applications using Python, Django, Flask, and FastAPI
- Master RESTful APIs and database integration (SQL/NoSQL)
- Utilize Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization techniques (Docker, Kubernetes) in your work
- Troubleshoot and debug code with precision
- Explore opportunities for cloud conjuring (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and asynchronous spellcasting (Celery, asyncio)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of Python development experience
- Proficiency in Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database integration
Qualifications
- Formal education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s degree)
