You will be responsible for: Resolving all escalations from Tiers 1 & 2 support Implementing changes and projects such as version upgrades and migrations where applicable Performing proactive optimization and implementation best practice Documenting processes and procedures to increase repeatable quality and automation Developing relationships and communication throughout the company and with customers Qualifications National diploma in IT or IT Certificates MCSA MCSE Exchange/O365 VCP-DCV (VMware Certified Professional) or Hyper-V Veeam Microsoft Azure Skills 8 years overall experience in IT MSP Environment Advanced experience with Windows 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019/ 2022 Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, PKI etc Experience with VMware vSphere 6.5 Intermediate experience with Hyper-V 2012 or above Sound ITIL framework mind-set in terms of structured incident management, request management, change management, contractual scope aligned etc Goog understanding of VLANs, routing, firewall behavior, packet shaping etc Benefits Medical Aid Provident Fund
