They’re looking for a detail-driven Junior Accountant to support the finance team by keeping records accurate, reconciliations clean and transactions flowing smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions, including invoices, payments and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers regularly
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with financial reports and basic management reporting
- Help prepare VAT, PAYE, UIF and statutory submissions
- Maintain organised financial records and documentation
- Support internal and external audit preparation
- Assist with finance admin and day-to-day accounting support
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting / Finance
2 years experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
Strong MS Excel skills
Xero experience essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and administrative capability
Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
