Job Summary
Requirements:
Registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect (PrArch). Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience. Familiarity with JBCC and/or NEC contracts. Experience working on government health projects and understanding of the 7 construction stages. Excellent command of English. Strong proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative with limited supervision. Key
Responsibilities:
Manage a multi-disciplinary team of professionals involved in building projects. Review and approve architectural reports and invoices for accuracy and compliance. Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met and project stays within scope. Collaborate with other consultants, clients, and government bodies to ensure project success. Attend site/technical meetings monthly and provide status updates to stakeholders.
