Job Summary
Key Responsibilities IAM Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain a robust IAM architecture that aligns with our strategic goals. Identity Management: Manage identities, accounts, and roles effectively, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Solution Implementation: Drive the migration from our legacy IAM systems to a new central IAM solution. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IAM systems and processes. Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for IAM procedures and processes. Essential Skills and Experience Advanced knowledge of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices. Expertise in at least one leading IAM solution (Oneidentity preferred). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in scripting and coding languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Understanding of IT security frameworks and standards. Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). Advantageous Skills Practical experience with Oneidentity IAM solutions. Fluency in German language. Knowledge of SAP IAM and related processes. Experience with IAM in cloud environments (Azure, AWS). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Assertiveness and proactive problem-solving. Qualifications Bachelor`s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in IT, with a focus on IAM systems.
