BSc Degree Civil/Structural Engineering 3 years` experience in a similar role Experience with RISA-3D, RAM Elements, CASTA or similar software Experience with greenhouse structural design Valid drivers license and own transport Willing to travel within South Africa and Africa Duties and
Responsibilities:
Detailed design and engineering of polyethylene greenhouses Perform structural steel designs, including building and foundation elements Perform calculations to ensure proper component design at both the part and structural level Manage the development of assemblies and components in SolidWorks Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes Facilitate seamless integration between greenhouse structure and other systems (Heating, Ventilation, Electrical, Water etc.) Provide technical input when required to support the execution process (procurement, manufacturing, QA, installation etc.) Consultant: Marezel Erasmus – Dante Personnel Cape Town
