SPA & WELLNESS THERAPIST – 5 TOKAI, Cape Town South (SOUTHERN SUBURBS) , Western Cape (ZA) START: ASAP TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS Monday – Sunday 09:00 – 18:00 (including lunch) 1x Weekend off per month days off in the week REPORT TO: Spa Manager SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS R9,000 Basic Salary per month Service Commission – based on sliding scale Retail Commission – based on sliding scale Incentives & Performance Bonuses Employee Wellness Programs Tips / Gratuities Excellent earning potential MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA ( we do not offer permits ) CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology Reliable transport within the Southern Suburbs Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist Confident retailer EXPERIENCE: Day Spa experience within a Hotel or Resort or independent day spa Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable Confident working with VIP clients – able to offer a discerning service KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly Retail confident Confidently re-book clients where applicable Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
