Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted financial advisor. Advisory Services: Offer strategic advice on financial planning, budgeting, and compliance, helping clients navigate complex financial matters. Tax Compliance: Assist clients with tax planning and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations. Audit and Assurance: Work on audit engagements where necessary, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. Problem-Solving: Identify challenges in clients` financial processes and propose effective solutions to improve efficiency and performance. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and regulatory requirements to provide the best possible service to clients.
Requirements:
CA(SA) qualification (newly qualified or within 1 year of post-qualification). Passion for working with clients and providing excellent service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Proactive and solutions-driven, with a passion for helping businesses succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
