Our client is seeking highly motivated and experienced Senior Estimator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be well-versed in Civil Infrastructure projects in South Africa.
Job Description
Key
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of the technical specifications, SANS1200 and COLTO.
- Read and understand tender documents, and the clients requirements.
- Working knowledge of Candy.
- Working knowledge of MS Projects.
- Working knowledge with Excel and Word.
- Understand the tender process
- Understand the capabilities and productions of all earthworks plant.
- Extensive Knowledge of civil engineering construction projects.
- The ability to build up a BOQ based on drawings and scope of works.
Qualifications
ND/ BTech/ BSc in Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
Skills
At least 10+ years` experience in estimating and submitting tenders to do with infrastructure projects.
Attention to detail.
The ability to work to deadlines.
Track record.
Salary / Package
R80k ctc
