Job Summary
Description:
Hire Resolve`s client is currently looking for a skilled CM Operator (Continuous Miner) in the mining sector located in Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities:
- Operate continuous miners to extract minerals according to operational plans.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and daily inspections on equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Monitor miner performance and make adjustments to optimize production.
- Collaborate with underground teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while maintaining effective communication with the team.
- Document operational performance and report findings to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 3 years` experience as a licensed CM Operator in a production section.
- Experience on Sandvik MC 430 CM and/or Joy AAA 2CM
- Operator License.
- Competent B Certificate
- Valid Operator Gast Testing Certificate
