Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Provide crucial administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and general HR functions.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between HR and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and policy adherence.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare HR correspondence, maintain records, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files and timesheets.
  • Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years` experience in a similar HR administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar function within hospitality is essential 
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to work.
