Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Provide crucial administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and general HR functions.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between HR and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and policy adherence.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare HR correspondence, maintain records, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files and timesheets.
- Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
- Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years` experience in a similar HR administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar function within hospitality is essential
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Team player with a proactive approach to work.
