Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, including and other machinery to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes. Assist in the commissioning and decommissioning of equipment as required. Education experience, Key knowledge and skills High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate qualification in a relevant field is preferred. Minimum 2 years tool room experience, or similar role TIG welding experience would be a strong advantage. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and industry best practices. Basic computer literacy. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience skills.
