Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete posting process to Trail Balance.
- General ledger & lead sheet maintenance
- Bank & payment preparation and reconciliations
- Account receivables & Customer ledger processing and reconciliations
- Account payables & Supplier ledger processing and reconciliations
- Credit card statements & expense reconciliations
- Visa and travel planning & control
- Accurate and details orientated maintenance of internal documents and processes
- Back-office support and Ad hoc admin duties
- Month-end journals and reconciliations
- General office orders – Refreshments, canteen, stationary
- Customer liasion for spares orders
- Quotations, orders, invoices, stock preparation and distribution
- Plan and oversee stock takes
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 Years working experience as a bookkeeper
- Matric
- Relevant qualification – Diploma/Degree
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working in Multinationals is an advantage
