Job Summary
This role requires the candidate to provide exceptional guest experiences, oversee staff management, and ensure the financial success and effective marketing of the establishment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guest Services: Ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests.
- Staff Management: Supervising and motivating team members to maintain high standards.
- Financial Performance: Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Marketing: Promoting the guesthouse to enhance visibility and occupancy.

Candidates must be SA citizens and have a diploma in Hospitality. The position offers onsite accommodation as part of the CTC package.
