Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Correspond with prospects, addressing inquiries regarding venue options, rates, room types, packages, and promotions.
- Prepare and send proposals, and manage invoice collection.
- Assist the Sales Manager in researching competitor offerings and market trends.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute events and conferences.
- Enter, retrieve, and reconcile data within the hotel’s CRM system.
- Gather and assemble sales collateral for prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and foster loyalty to the hotel.
- Conduct cold calls and send follow-up emails to prospects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor`s or Associate`s degree in Hospitality Management is required.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance with experience in the hospitality industry is acceptable.
