Job Summary
Our Client a leader in Private Healthcare is looking for a Trauma Unit Manager.
Requirements
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
- Post Basic Diploma or equivalent qualification in Critical Care Trauma,
- Minimum of three years` experience in Trauma Department,
- Post Basic Qualification in Nursing Admin / Experience in Unit Management as a Shift Leader will be advantageous,
- Excellent leadership qualities and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills,
- The skill to manage nursing standards and in-service training,
- Accurate record keeping and the management of stock.
- Excellent MS Office computer skills.
