Job Summary
Job Opportunity: Junior Front House Floor Manager Location: Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg
Salary:
R15,000 – R18,000 (negotiable)
Responsibilities:
Support the front-of-house team with training, scheduling, and daily task delegation. Assist in managing service flow and seating arrangements to enhance guest experiences. Address minor guest complaints and maintain good communication with guests. Help monitor front-of-house expenses with basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or associate degree in hospitality management (preferred but not required). 2-3 years of experience in front-of-house roles, including some supervisory experience.
