Job Summary
Qualifications:
- CIMA (Strategic level)
Skills:
- 5years experience as a Trade Accountant / booking trades (Back office) in a refinery or minting company
Job description:
- Daily production meetings regarding deliveries and distribution to assist with cashflow allocations
- Cashflow maintenance
- Ensure correct refining fee is charged according to supplier contracts
- Manage warehouse transfers of goods from suppliers to exported customer warehouses
- Cost Analysis and efficiency
- Customs reporting
- Ensure all required customs docus are correctly prepared and submitted – such as certificates of origin, UCR numbers etc.
- Financial Reporting – preparing and providing detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders including profit and loss reports, balance sheet and cash flow statements related to trading operations
