Job Summary

This is a great group to work for, offering endless rewards for dedication and hard work. They are seeking an Aftersales Consultant, also known as a Service Advisor, to join their robust workshop team. While a technical qualification or knowledge is beneficial, it’s not essential, what is non-negotiable, however, is extensive experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised motor dealership. Proficiency in Autoline, exceptional organizational skills, a strong customer focus, impeccable grooming and presentation, as well as your own transport, are all must-haves for this role.
Job Requirements.
Matric Certificate
Technical qualification or knowledge (Advantageous)
A valid Drivers License and own transport
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised brand motor dealership
Above average customer service skills
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
Have working knowledge of a DMS (Autoline preferred)
A stable work history
Contactable references
You will need the following documents when applying;

- Qualification Certificates (Matric Minimum)
- A recent photograph of yourself
- Copy of Drivers License
- 3 months payslips
- Names and contact numbers for at least 2 References
