Job Summary
Group Supply Chain Manager
A leading company is seeking an experienced Group Supply Chain Manager to manage global supply chain operations. This role will require developing and implementing the company`s supply chain strategy, working closely with teams across different regions, and ensuring smooth operations from North America to Asia. Travel to key sites will be necessary, especially during the on-boarding phase.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy.
- Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, procurement, and freight management.
- Optimise supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish KPIs to monitor success and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve business goals.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee change management initiatives.
Key
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in a global or regional role.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, demand forecasting, supplier management, and freight optimisation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and analytics tools.
