IntroductionConducting Assurance and Advisory internal audits for various business units independently and in a team in line with the Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) StandardsDesired Experience & QualificationPerson should possess self-discipline and be prepared to travel.Must be in possession with an Internal Audit tertiary qualification ISO 9001:2018A minimum of 3-5 years experience in positionYou must be able to demonstrate through previous achievements that you are of superior potential, are proactive and that you possess an inquisitive demeanour with an understanding of and a passion for improving risk, control, and governance.Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Strong computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft OfficeMust be a good communicator with all levels of staff and management with an ability to listen, be practical and to influence.Disciplined and systematical.Flexibility and capability of performing assignments across diverse environments.Must have a drive for self-improvement.Must have good report writing skills.Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization, clients etcKnowledge of legislation, regulations, and legal principles applicable to the industry.CompetenceStrong interpersonal skills and communication skills.oDeadline driven.oSound independent judgment.oStrong report writing skills.oExcellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
