Opportunity for a dynamic and commercially driven Luxury Hospitality Brand Ambassador to represent our brand within the high-end hospitality sector. This is a pivotal role focused on building strategic relationships with hotel groups, general managers, procurement leaders, spa directors, and senior hospitality decision-makers. You will play a key role in elevating our brand presence across luxury hotels, resorts, safari lodges, and boutique hospitality environments. If you thrive in premium environments, excel at relationship-building, and have a passion for luxury guest experiences, this could be your next step. ✨ What Youll Be Doing Brand Representation & Relationship Building Act as the face and ambassador of the brand within the luxury hospitality industry Build and maintain strong relationships with senior hotel stakeholders and procurement teams Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, activations, and networking functions Deliver compelling presentations and storytelling aligned with luxury guest expectations Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities across luxury hotels, resorts, safari lodges, and boutique properties Create and execute strategic account development plans Deliver tailored guest experience and amenities solutions through consultative selling Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships Client Experience & Brand Excellence Ensure all touchpoints reflect premium brand standards Collaborate with hotel partners to customise guest amenities programmes Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving guest expectations Gather insights to support innovation and continuous improvement Marketing & Activations Support product launches, brand campaigns, and experiential activations Coordinate sampling programmes, VIP gifting, and client experiences Work closely with marketing teams on content and hospitality-focused campaigns Reporting & Performance Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reporting Track performance against KPIs and sales targets Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements Share market intelligence and client feedback with leadership What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or related field (preferred) 37 years experience in luxury hospitality, premium FMCG, beauty, wellness, hotel procurement, or luxury brand sales Proven success managing high-value client relationships and driving business development Strong understanding of luxury hotel operations and guest experience standards Existing hospitality network is highly advantageous Skills That Set You Apart Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation abilities High emotional intelligence and relationship-driven approach Commercial mindset with a results-focused attitude Professional presence with strong luxury brand awareness Highly organised with excellent CRM discipline Ability to work independently and travel frequently Why This Role?
