Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate drawings of mining equipment, components, and assemblies based on design specifications and engineering sketches.Work with various equipment, including Jaw Crushers, Chain Mills, Hammer Mills, Rod Mills, Shaker Tables, Concentrators, and Washplants.Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD software.Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet requirements.Develop and maintain drawing standards and templates.Generate accurate bills of materials (BOMs) from drawings.Modify existing drawings to incorporate design changes or revisions.Maintain organized and accurate drawing files.Contribute to drawings that support maintenance and repair activities.Assist in developing drawings for “Rent to Own Services” agreements and rental equipment specifications.Support the creation of drawings for “Prospecting Equipment” and “Geo Exploration Equipment.”Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD software.Diploma or certificate in mechanical draughting or a related field.Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
