Job Summary
Join our team remotely as an SDR! (Base Pay + Commission)REQUIREMENTS: Real-world sales experience (1-3 years minimum) Exceptional typing and speaking skills A fast laptop (Min. i5 7th gen+ | 8GB+ RAM) Must have a good webcam and mic for team meetings Minimum 50MB/s+ uncapped home WiFi (5G or Fibre – Smooth on video calls) Able to work 8 hours per day Monday – SaturdayDO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THOSE REQUIREMENTS!ABOUT THE ROLE:This is an Outbound SDR position for Instagram. You will get access to our Instagram accounts, and we will install the system onto your laptop. We provide you with all the leads needed to do the job. Weekly team trainings included so that you can improve your skills. All training is provided for you to understand exactly how to do the job.EARNINGS: Base pay: R10k-R15k/month (Guaranteed for you) Commission: OTE of an additional R5k-R15k+ (You earn per appointment you book) Combined monthly earnings: R20,000 – R31,000+ per monthRESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate with potential clients through Instagram DMs using a structured system. Build rapport and qualify leads via written communication. Schedule the leads onto appointments for the sales team. Maintain professionalism and clarity in all interactions. Respond to leads within 10 minutes or less between 9AM-6PM each day.
