Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Kempton Park
Salary: R6500 monthly Overtime: Paid as per BCEA regulations
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 17:00
  • Saturday: 8:00 to 13:00

Job

Duties:

  • Manage invoicing processes
  • Communicate with customers professionally and efficiently
  • Update and maintain employee files
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Handle correspondence and phone calls
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus
