- Call Centre Sales experience must be Financial Sector Background.
- At least 2 + years’ work experience in a Call Centre Environment.
- Matric.
- Good Command of English.
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Driven Individuals Strong Character to close on Leads provided.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Onboarding client.
- To convert supplied leads of already interested clients into / Existing clients.
- To be aggressive in closing deals.
- Target Driven.
- To provide the most stable and reliable client experience possible
Remuneration
- I week Paid Training R100 per day.
- Probation 3 Months- R6 000 per month
- After Probation- R7 000 per month plus Uncapped Commission+ incentive R2 000
