Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bookings Clerk to join their team and ensure seamless service scheduling and customer satisfaction. Key
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate bookings for vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance. Communicate effectively with customers to confirm and follow up on appointments. Ensure accurate data entry of customer and vehicle information into the system. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Collaborate with workshop staff to optimize scheduling and minimize downtime. Maintain records and prepare reports related to bookings and service trends.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is advantageous. Must have a drivers licence Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in computer systems and booking software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Energetic individual with sober habits.
