Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by generating leads, setting up client meetings, and collaborating with the sales team. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Client Outreach:
    • Proactively generate leads through cold calling and outreach efforts targeting US-based customers.
    • Set up meetings with potential clients to drive sales opportunities.
  2. Sales Strategy and Coordination:
    • Assist in developing pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
    • Coordinate sales initiatives with marketing campaigns to optimize lead conversion.
  3. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
    • Monitor progress toward achieving and exceeding daily sales targets.
  4. Sales Presentations:
    • Deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase products or services.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Account Executives and the VP of Revenue to align on strategies and gain guidance.
    • Contribute to the collaborative team culture by sharing insights and supporting peers.

Additional Information

  • The role involves working US hours (16:00 to 01:00).
  • Incentives include night allowances, monthly performance rewards, and the opportunity for permanent placement based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Has prior experience with cold calling, particularly targeting US or UK markets.
  • Is fluent in English and proficient in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Exhibits confidence, high energy, and a self-driven attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Must have a matric certificate and reliable transport.
  • Has a Matric Certificate.
