Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage bookings for vehicles in the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote workshop services, products, and upgrades. Identify sales opportunities in the workshop and work towards meeting sales targets. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and offer additional services where applicable. Assist in resolving customer queries and providing excellent customer service at all times. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention. Provide administrative support to the team, including updating customer records and processing bookings. Assist in maintaining a high standard of communication with customers regarding their vehicle status and service needs.
Requirements:
Matric (With an average of 60%) No criminal record Must be unemployed currently Looking to join a great company and build a career Sales-oriented with a strong passion for customer service and retention. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach with the ability to identify and seize sales opportunities. Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
