Job Summary
A tertiary qualification with Logistics / Commercial / Management subjects will be an advantage A successful track record at management level in an operations / distribution position is essential. This responsibility should include systems management and involvement with the expense management process Thorough working knowledge of the tracking system as well as disciplinary procedures and good interpersonal skills at management and staff level. Accountable for: Management and control of the systems installed on vehicles and all information generated by the systems Administering all configuration changes to systems Confirming and approving all monthly system costs with the Admin Manager Managing and following up on problems experiencing with systems / service providers Arranging all new vehicle installations Compiling exception reports that deal with driving performance – both positive and negative Counseling and the discipline of drivers where necessary or appropriate Management, control and reporting of all information related to accidents and insurance claims Management and control of driver training together with people specialist Management and control of staff responsible for information and procedures used in the debriefing process Assists elsewhere when necessary Please note: By applying for this position and providing Fokus Personnel with your CV and other personal information, you are consenting to the information being used for the specific purpose for which it was provided, which is recruitment purposes and possible appointment purposes (should you be successful).
