Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration: Participate in project calls, gather eporting requirements, and build custom reports. KPI Reporting: Track and ensure accurate KPI reporting, validate and maintain data integrity. Report Improvement: Enhance reporting methods, identify automation opportunities, and streamline processes. Team Support: Ensure consistency in reporting standards, provide training on reporting techniques. Payroll Analytics: Track T&A data trends and load Employee Schedules on the T&A system. Technical Expertise: Use Excel, Power BI, and SQL to analyze and present data effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with Power BI, SQL for data extraction and analysis. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication with clients and teams. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in reporting or data analysis in a client-facing role. Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
