Job Summary
Workshop Controller Cape Town Our client, a reputable dealership, is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee their workshop operations in Cape Town . Experience with Ford , Land Rover , VW , or Audi will be a strong advantage This position offers the potential to become the 2IC (Second-in-Command) within the service department, with further career growth opportunities. Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workshop Controller in a dealership environment. Experience with Ford , Land Rover , VW , or Audi brands is highly advantageous. Red Seal qualification will be advantageous. Proven track record in managing workshop schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to assist and guide technicians. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Skilled in handling workshop KPIs, including job card management, time management, and quality control. Ability to maintain factory standards, audits, and compliance requirements. Leadership skills to motivate and manage workshop staff effectively. Results-driven with a focus on achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction.
