JOB DESCRIPTION The Bin/Container Tracker is responsible for: Tracking and monitoring movements of scrap bins Issuing bin reconciliation reports – daily, weekly and monthly reporting Identifying and assessing damaged bins Coordinating the repairs of the damaged bins Advising site manager on bin availability Assisting with general adhoc duties in the projects department. Tracking down and recovering of lost bins QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE Grade 12 or equivalent Computer literacy essential ( Microsoft office) – create and maintain excel spreadsheets, communicate with email, compile reports and present data in tabulated form Experience working in a Transport orientated division and environment will be an added advantage Valid Code 08 license Own, reliable transport QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES Excellent organizational skills Ability to communicate well (both verbally and in writing) in English Experience in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines Problem solving skills Ability to take initiative Detail-orientated and results driven Ability to organize effectively and prioritize own workload
