Job descriptionWe are seeking a Semi-Skilled Welder to join our team in Paarl.Company DescriptionACW Engineering is a Manufacturing and Maintenance company located in Paarl. Our services range from steel work, plastic work “HDPE butt weld” and “Polypropylene socket welding” to maintenance. We also work on projects such as assisting with the construction of Mini plants.Job RequirementsGrade 12 / Senior Certificate Completed a Welding short course or certificate No less than 3 years of experience in welding manufacturing and engineering environmentsARC/MIG/TIG/Stainless Steel Welding Experience – EssentialAble to interpret and understand technical and mechanical drawingsSkilled in accurate calculations and measurementsProficient in operating power tools and hand toolsA self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is not reliant on waiting for work assignmentsPossesses a valid driver`s license and owns their own transportReside in Paarl/Wellington areaWorking ConditionsCandidates must be available to start immediately and have prior experience working in a manufacturing / factory environment.If you feel that you fit the above criteria, then please apply by using our online application system.
