About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business growth targets and expansion plans, while driving digital marketing and social media strategies to support lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets and expansion plans
  • Conduct market and audience analysis to identify opportunities across client segments and distribution channels
  • Identify, manage, and optimise marketing channels to ensure effective reach and engagement
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment
  • Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and activations in collaboration with sales and distribution teams
  • Drive digital marketing and social media strategies to support lead generation and brand awareness
  • Strengthen public relations and media presence through thought leadership and targeted campaigns
  • Continuously review and enhance advertising and campaign performance to maintain relevance and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar marketing role within financial services or insurance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional South African languages advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, conversion, and ROI targets across various campaigns and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution across campaigns, content, listings, paid media, and creative;
