Job Summary
- Request pricing from all the relevant suppliers (local & import)
- Negotiate pricing
- Place Purchase Orders
- Compile Reports for Management (Excel and ERP Based)
- Tracking Incoming Shipments
- Housekeeping of PO dates
- Requesting estimates from the clearing agents and freight forwarders
- Arranging forward covers for International Purchases
- Expediting shipping dates & obtaining shipping documents
- Manage the transport between external warehouses and internal
- Ensure Proof of Deliveries for every delivery made are received
- Facilitate transfers between Warehouse Locations
- Manage Stock take – monthly
- Ensure invoices for shipments are received and submitted – monthly
Software experience:
- ERP system experience
- Excel Intermediate (Proficient in Pivot tables)
