Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, further education highly advantageous
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Minimum 2-4 years in similar role
- Have a reliable means of transport
- Experience working in a busy Administration and Reception role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
DUTIES
- Provide an efficient warm and welcoming introduction to all customers entering the show room/office
- Assist clients with quotes and invoices
- Assist with digital marketing for company
- Keep track of employee loans/fines/uniforms etc
- Assist with organising accommodation/travel/flights for staff
- Keep staff attendance record
- Manage monthly newsletter
- Manage credit/debit card slips
- Answering, screening, and forwarding calls
- Dealing with customer queries / complaints / orders and ensuring that their needs are met
- Manage Petty Cash, reconcile and report to finance department
- Filing, Scanning through emails to staff and clients
- Manage the companys vehicle licenses and renewals
- Order and distribute office supplies as requested
