Job Summary

· Agile mindset and know-how (of agile processes and principles)
· German language skills will be advantageous
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
· Relevant IT / Business Degree or equivalent experience
· 10+ years’ experience in IT industry
· 3+ years’ experience in IT Team lead environment
· Experience in the automotive industry advantageous
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
· Is the partner of the IT-Sub-PdO
· Working closely with the Delivery Manager of the department to steer and support the feature team from a technical point of view.
· Manage a Feature Team in cooperation with the Delivery Manager to fulfil the prioritised requirements using agile methodologies.
· Forecast and plan for resources, infrastructure, training and licenses for the team in coordination with the Delivery Manager.
· Risk management and conflict resolution.
· Collaborate with Business and IT Sub-Product Owners and colleagues across multiple products and countries.
· Understand the product and its processes from a technical and business viewpoint
· Support the Sub-IT Product Owner in creation and prioritisation of Product Backlog with business stakeholders and technical team.
· Ensure quality and timeliness of agreed deliverables (Team-DoR/-DoD and Stakeholder-Requirements).
· Quality Assurance of deliverables
· Timely escalation of risks to the IT Product Owner if a timeline cannot be fulfilled
· Give approval of the developed Product Increments from the Feature Team for return to Sub-PdO.
· Coach and mentor junior developers
· Works hand in hand with Agile Master in Planning and Steering Domain Cycles / Sprints
