Job Summary
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Assist in recruitment process by advertising vacant positions;
- Manage response handling;
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and ensure alignment with available vacancies;
- Coordinate interviews, and handling recruitment related administration;
- Attend client briefing sessions to discuss available job opportunities and recruitment processes;
- Conduct reference checks to validate candidate qualifications and background checks, supporting the selection process;
- Update training modules with changes as and when required;
- Facilitate and assist with planning training sessions and all activities related;
- Ensure successful implementation of training plan by sourcing company’s that require the training provided by the company;
- Manage all administration related to the training;
- Analyse feedback received from evaluation forms after each training session, and provide possible solutions, improvements, ideas and changes to management.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
- Degree in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development or equivalent;
- 3 Years experience in recruitment and training;
- Proven experience in recruitment online portals (Placement Partner/Career Junction/ Pnet/ MIE portals);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
