Job Summary
The Reservations Manager will co-ordinate and supervise all staff that are employed in the Central Reservations Department by training and motivating the team to deliver quality service and meet financial targets. Together with managing the reservations process and operation for the Lodge & Hotel Group. Candidate
Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years experience managing a call centre and reservations department for multiple properties Have a good command of the English language, with excellent writing skills Must have great interpersonal skills and must be a team player Be able to manage a team well A self-starter that is dynamic and flexible Must have excellent Problem-Solving skills Be a professional and presentable individual Have relevant computer skills – Microsoft Office, especially with good Excel Skills, eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex Previous experience working on a Central Reservations System as well as PMS systems essential Excellent administration and reporting skills needed Valid RSA ID essential Live out, office-based position A great salary on offer with company benefits
