Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
Matric & Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or IT related field SQL Report Writing Certification Mining background HR Systems experience on Time and Attendance : X-time or SACO Strong knowledge of SQL reporting or PowerBi Oracle DBA SQL Server Duties and Responsibilities include: Provide businesses with accurate HR Systems report Ensure all timekeeping policies and procedures are standardised, approved, implemented and adhered to Provide operational guidance to Administrators Ensure that the Xtime program is always kept up to date and upgraded when needed Ensure that HR Systems` best practices are adhered to and that all new developments in the time and attendance environment are evaluated and implemented if approved. Automate the process of timekeeping as far as possible and ensure that all manual adjustments occur based on valid, authorised paperwork Ensure that the maintenance of systems is followed in terms of the guidelines Ensure audits are conducted on HR Systems to ensure consistency Perform any reasonable additional requests from management that may occur occasionally
