Position: Our client is seeking an experienced Executive: Operations to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role to ensure efficient service delivery, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.
Functions:
To foster the companys Personally Yours brand promise by ensuring not only the SLA achievements in all operational spaces but the quality of the service.
Ensure efficient service delivery, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.
Focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing member and provider experiences, and ensuring the schemes operations contribute to its overall sustainability and growth.

Requirements:
Grade 12
Postgraduate general business qualification (NQF level 8)
10-12 years experience in a senior operations or administrative role in a Healthcare administration organisation
8 years senior management within a Healthcare administration organisation
Remuneration:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
